Custom DTF Prints

Prints with your custom Design. Please create your Gang Sheet in our designer.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Remove the color band that runs the length of the roll.  If this is pressed to your item it can NOT be removed once heat pressed.

Please read and follow all instructions below before ordering.

• A transparent PNG at 300 DPI sized at size of transfer or larger
• Acceptable file types: .ai, .pdf, .psd, .png, (We are not responsible for any color issues, backgrounds, etc.)
• Send your artwork at the exact size you want it printed. Your transfer will be sized to the longest side you select.
• Remove the background before submitting your artwork. If you do not want the background around your image to be printed, remove it, otherwise it will printed.
• Our printer does print white ink, if your image has a white square/box around it, it will print
• Outlines must be at least .02pts in width or the adhesive can not adhere to the art and will not transfer to your garment properly.

APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS

1 . Pre press garment for 5 seconds to remove moisture.

2. Position Print.

3. Press at 150 degrees Celsius at medium pressure for 15 seconds. 

4. Peel when cold.

5. Final press for 5 seconds using teflon sheet Or baking paper.
